Terms of service

Please read the following carefully and if you have any questions, contact me.COMMISSIONING PROCEDUREI have the right to refuse any project.- A quote or applying for a commission does not guarantee a slot.
- An order is locked in once a piece is chosen and confirmed for a batch.- Payment is to be made around 1-2 weeks before the piece is started.
- 100% payment upfront (Under $100).
- Optional 50% payment at start and 50% mid way (Over $100).
- Optional payment plans open for discussion (Over $1000)
-If I do not receive payments, I will halting your commission until payment and you will not get a discount or refund for delays

- All prices are in USD.
-I require full payment before any completed files will be given to clients. If I do not receive payment/get chargeback/refund without communication, art will be posted or re-sold after 2 weeks and you will not receive a refund for any payments.- Client must be over 18
- Ensure references are clear
- If your character design / reference is from another artist, you must have the commercial rights to the design.-If you are commissioning a model seperately(art or rigging), I require contact with the other party before and during commission.
-If art is already finished, there may be a fee of $100 for cutting/$150 for art fixes.
-If you are commissioning both art and rigging, payment will be separated for the two.By completing this form, you agree that you have permission for me to make edits to the art as I see fit.Any additional details needed to complete your commission will be discussed further once your commission is accepted.Deadlines and/or debut dates must be clearly discussed and agreed upon before accepting any commission. Once booked, deadlines can be pushed back but never moved forward unless an additional rush fee is paid.Commissions may be streamed on Twitch and progress posted to Twitter and Tiktok. If this is an issue, please let me know when requesting the commission.REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS-Up to 80% of the invoice can be refundedIf the commission has been started, only the % incomplete will be refunded.Depending on the circumstances, you may be allowed to re-apply at a later date and your deposit upheld. This will be at my discretion.CHARGEBACKSIssuing a chargeback without contacting to cancel or refund a project will result in permanent blacklisting. This information maybe shared with mutual artists to warn them of scamming behavior.If for some reason your PayPal account authorizes a refund request, please contact me as soon as possible to resolve the issue. I will reach out once when the issue happens and after that, further actions will be taken.By reading and agreeing to these terms of services you agree to never issuing a PayPal chargeback for any reason whatsoever. Any cancellations or refunds must be through contacting me and not a dispute.CHANGESWIPs of commissions will be given periodically through the process.For vtuber models, WIPs will be given for approval at the following stages: sketch, lineart and base colour, final render. Once the model is finished small changes may be added but no major changes will be made after each of the WIP stages.For live2d rigging, clients will be given a chance to test the model and request any minor changes after the model files are given. Clients will have 1 week after the invoice is payed and the files received to identify any changes or fixes, which will be prioritized before starting a new commission. After 1 week any changes will require another commission order.The finished live2d model files given to the client are for runtime only. Live2d project files for the model will not be given to the client.COMMUNICATIONCommunication will be through twitter DMs, Discord messages, or email.Any messages will be responded in a timely manner, but may take up to a couple of days when busy. If I don't respond within 2-3 days please send a follow up message as I may have missed it.If I need further information or details for your commission and contact you, if I do not hear back within a week and with numerous follow-up messages, your commission may be moved to the next slot. If further communication is ignored, it is under my discretion to cancel and/or refund your commission.WORKFLOWPlease be patient with me when working on your commission, especially if you are further along in my queue.-Vtuber models typically take around 1-2 weeks to complete once started.-Live2d rigging also takes around 1-3 weeks to complete once started.Please check my trello workflow for estimated dates of starting and completing each commission: here.Keep in mind that sometimes life gets in the way or illness can keep me from working on commissions. In these cases I will update you.Deadlines must be reasonable and communicated to me during your application form. If you need your finished piece quickly there will be a rush fee as stated above.CREDITClients may display my work on any website as long as it is visibly credited, linked back to me, and not claimed as their own work.The client retains the rights to the intellectual and property and commercial rights.I still retain the copyright over my work, which include the right to: redistribute, reproduce, use as a sample for sales and/or self-promotion.NOT ALLOWED-Changing, modifying, or editing my art without my permission is not allowed.
-You are not allowed to request another artist to alter and/or recolor my art without my permission.
-You may not share the psd or live2d files of the model with anyone else.
-Selling models without my permission is strictly forbidden.
-Using my art as a base for anything, including tracing, is prohibited.
-You may not claim the model as your own or anyone elses, credit must always be given to me.

By commissioning me, it means you have read and accepted all the terms outlined above. Violaters will be added to my blacklist without warning and other artist will be warned.
